We would like to request delivery as soon as humanly possible, and would be willing to offer 50% extra for surged production. We also request that they be delivered as they are completed if they are not already constructed.
$1 billion will be delivered upon completion of systems ($1.5 billion should production be rushed.)

We will prepare all available S-400 production lines for producing you battery's and we will have at least eight delivered within ten months with the other two being deliver two to four months after those. For this we charge you $1.3 Billion which we hope you will pay as soon as possible.

We will offer you two C-17 globemasters at a cost of $75 Billion each. We advise against mounting the missiles systems on your own truck chassis as it will cost extra money to adapt the systems to mount on them and truck chassis we supply them on are designed to allow the best operation of the system possible. As for the four types of missiles being produced in your country, we have a deal to make. If you allow ANA to set up manufacturing in Terrangar (This includes us purchasing out own premises) we will produce all our weapons for you at a 15% discounted rate as long as ANA can export weapons to other country's from the premises. If you could please reply as soon as possible i will send you an invoice for you full order of goods.

If possible we would like to lease 4 Galaxy transport aircraft for one year to support our humanitarian efforts in the North Easteros war.
If you are willing to provide crew we will pay them from our budget and they will serve as members of the "Red Band" humanitarian organization in a non military function.
Should you decide to assist us with personal please make sure to only send volunteers as some of the rescue and support missions are dangerous. Also we are at times forced to work under radiation protocol.
Should the aircraft be damaged or lost during these missions we will pay the full price.
we will give support and financial compensation to any volunteers that should be injured or killed during these operations.
However so far none of our personal has come under attack.
