Land base: Terrofria:

Mechanical bugs zipped through the area impaling all in their way, computer files were rendered obsolete, the enemy knew every project, technology, and secret location they had.

A tank rambled across the ground, crunching up all the bugs in its wake.  The bugs began the hack the tank, and it froze sparks flying from it's exterior.  The tank slowly started to collapse, feeding the little robots.  We retreated to the concrete bunkers, we can only pray we can outlive the menace.  We communicate through an underground network of tunnels.  Terror rules our every day, may god bless our souls.

Terrofria: aftermath:

A lone figure in a cloak walks across the desolate plain, Terrofria. He kicked a skeleton "Pathetic humans, so delicate, they'll need to better if they expect to win this war."  The figure turned around, and revealed, a metal countenance, with a single red eye.

Sector 8: rogue lab:

Methus A-39, target Venerraoth, I assume you have dispatched Terrofria.  "Yess sir, but.....Venerraoth, that one of the most powerful cities in the sector, our forces have not grown strong enough." the mech spy flinched. "Send in the drones, even the elite do not have the technology to block them." "If the siege fails we will lose half our forces." "Then take little cities I don't care, DO IT."

Deep underground in an abandon ancient mine, the remnants Terrofria and it's Elders Council recoup from the utter shock of the massive attack of unknown origin. They knew nothing of the enemy, only that their technology was revolutionary and had render every electronic and military hardware useless. In just a few weeks, their forces were reduce to 1/30th of their original strength and every military and civilian network was hacked. The great city of Terrofria has been destroy, burned to the ground by the mechica monsters. There was chaos among the surviving council elders on what to do, some spoke of surrendering and even suicide. The common citizen laments over his or her desolate future.

For the Terrofria Combat Force, this was only the beginning. They will fight on, no matter how bad the circumstances. It was just a matter of learning and adapting to the new enemy. If they fail to do that...all will be lost. They had a few hundred men and women left, it will have to do.

But they did have one hope to rely on. In a corner of the underground refuge, engineers and scientists gather up what they find out about the enemy and any valuable parts that were secure from destroyed enemy mechs. Working day and night, under the strain of time and shortages, they built their own mech made from parts salvaged from their tanks and sky-cruisers. All will depend on this one, insignificant, experimental single seat mechica.

"What you think?"

"You guys screw up on the paint job..."

"Lieutenant, you know that looks aren't everything."

"General, you want me to pilot this contraction?"

"Well, this suit is gonna need a pilot, and your the top candidate to be it. I would had chosen Migal or Socha, but they're dead..."

"Sir, you sure this thing can fight the mechica off?"

"It's a slim chance, but I think it's possible. It's not perfect, but it's all we got."

"How does it work...."

The general led him onto the catwalk, and signals a engineer to unlock the cockpit. The sleek black bubble dome raises up like the mouth of a clam.

"Took a cockpit straight from a SC-900 Sparrow, and modified it for this configuration. The dome's made of SUDP plastic shell with inlaid boron carbide omni matrix, it'll stop a 120mm HEAT shell if needed."

"You got a lot of electronics in here, what's to stop the "bugs" from hacking into the system, like they did before?"

"No need to worry, the system has been isolated, all the communication and network modules remove. They won't be hack into, unless by a direct link in your dashboard. We also included a Ionized Surface Defense onto this baby..."

"Ionized Surface Defense?"

"A engineer from Digital Control thought it up. Basically, it fries any bugs that makes contact with your suit...neat ey?"

"Even if we can take care of the bugs, without network support, I'll be fighting blind and lone! That's impossible..."

"Son, in the old days, people were fighting without even a two way communicator. This is why I chose you. Your the only one with the skills and mentality to fight under these conditions, we're putting all our hope into you..."

"Pick someone else, I don't want to bear the guilt of screwing up Terrofria's last hope."

"Where you going?!? Come back here Lieutenant! Rion!"

Rion walks away without a look back. No matter how good the general thought he was, he was in no condition to fight. He lost his entire family and squadron to the mechica. He needed to mourn, he needed room to breath and an break from all that has happen...

"Methus, on the way to Vannaoroth, I want you to destroy Encaricon, I have some......."friends there"."

"The prison quadrant, ....... I'll see what I can do."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Lets see how this does." Methus took out a chunk of metal, and put a disc in it." It began to unfold, for it had been compacted in to a atomically dense form.
50 or so enormous spiders emerged, electricity flaring around their arachnid bodies.

"I want you to destroy Encarcicon, but if a single prisoner dies, there will be trouble."

Armed with seven class S Gatling guns, 2 high powered plasma cannons, Proton armor, disintegrating everything they touch.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hraaah umf......" Two prisoners fought recklessly, in Encarcicon it was no rules no parole.

"I bet I can escape."

"Ha no way."

UNAUTHORIZED DEPARTURE PLEASE STATE NAME AND BUSINESS OR BE INCINERATED

A hail of plasma charges sank into the foolish man, his body fell to pieces, each part glowing orange as it broke apart into specs of dust.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Methus' army easily broke through the sheild barrier, and were advancing on the prison."

"WHAT THE, SPIDERS??"

Each spider grasped a side of the building, in doing so many were blown to pieces by plasma.  They aimed their machine turrets at the plasma generator. The ping of bullets was in the air, a resounding explosion went through the quadrent. Plasma flew everywhere, obliterating everything.  One mech was still standing, and they got what they wanted, an army of rebel prisoners, they had plans for them......all In good time.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Good Job Methus continue to Vannaorth."

"yes sir..."

Nearly a thousand mechs charged toward the kingdom. They smashed through the shield easily.

"Open fire, destroy every single mech."

Turrets began rapid firing at the mechs, a few reached armor chinks, mechs fell slowly but surely.

A heavy artillery mech turned around, Fwwoooooooosh , a gigantic explosion tore through the city, turrets went flying through the air, men ripped apart one by one, where once where barracks were a back crater.

A fighter mech glared at a row of fire turrets aimed at his body, I jumped into the air and slammed down on the turrets, the barrack went up in flames, humans ran from the building, only to be squashed under foot.

A helicopters the size of a mech's hand flew around like flies, until, Whhooooooshs, green beams of energy shot into the mech, and it was slowly pulled apart.

Destroy the pitiful little human flying devices

A mech took the helicopters in hand and crushed them.

Green electricity flew around the mech and froze it in place.

The inner city was protected by something the mechs could not breach, a gravity shield.  A mech shot a missile at the shield, it exploded, and debris and the explosion itself curved around it.

The humans had time to amass forces, and evacuate women and children, as the mechs demolished the edges.

"We have the solution!!." the soldier from Terrofria exclaimed, a counter mech.  The throng of people parted as 6 mechs landed on the site.  "We will pilot these and use them to fight the enemy." the soldier motioned towards the machines "Let's go"  the gravity shield lifted.

"Oh, no you don't." A group of men from the crowd surrounded the mechs, and pulled from their suits sub machine guns.  A few soldiers attempted to reach the robots, only to be met wit a hail of bullets, two bodies hit the ground with a thump.

The mechs were advancing once more, a man grasped the gravity shield control.  "I don't think so." one of the black clad men reached into his coat pocket and drew a nasty looking knife, and threw it with pinpoint accuracy into the government officials eye.  As the man lay twitching on the ground a mech flew upward over the platform the where standing on, its imposing form casting a silence over the people.

Methus stood on the shoulder of the mech "Permission to fire?"

"Permission granted, the mercenaries did their job."

A single shhhhfff rang out, and a missile hit straight in the center of the crowd, ffffwwwwoooooooooooossshhhhh everything was swept away, merely a few stragglers survived, the province was obliterated. ZZzzzzzzzztttffffff a green bolt of lightning slammed Methus in the back, he fell, devestatingly to the bottom of the city.
