WFE Update

I think we should update our WFE. While there's nothing wrong with the wonderful job Stone Shark did some time ago on it, I think it could use some updating. My draft is below. Shown is the code for the WFE and a link to a screenshot of how it would look in NS.

Major changes I made are as follows:

Moved links to the bottom, and plugged the wiki and Citizens' Militia.
Added things relevant to our theme - "Long live Taijitu, etc." and "egalitarian, revolutionary direct democracy".
Shortened the list to consist of our elected officials - the Delegate, Initiator, Liaison, and Sergeant.
Added horizontal rules to break up information more neatly.

Ecclesiastical thoughts on this proposal?

I don't understand why this has to go through the ecclesia. Doesn't the in-game delegate have the authority to change the WFE without being instructed by the legislature?

Ecclesia rules all.

The Ecclesia previously voted on the last WFE change. Typically the delegate will change the things like the government listings, etc., but precedent dictates any changes to the body of it should be left to the Ecclesia.

I think I ended up removing "join our newly renovated forums" at one point last month, but that's about it.

I like it, but I do wish the VotP was still a permanent link.  It's a pretty big deal.

That said, I think it may change quite a bit very soon due to recent and upcoming changes with our community, notably Skype and TeamSpeak.  Make sure to keep that in mind.

There was an N missing from "an" in "an egalitarian", the first forum link's colors were backwards and I shortened the TaiMil recruitment message slightly. As a stylistic test I tried using maroon for emphasis rather than the gray used for links. Since I haven't previewed this I'm not sure how it looks.

The only thing I could say in addition is maybe a header for the third section in bold italics (like how "Taijitu's elected officers" is) and more content to the list items to match the TaiMil one. Maybe mention of the Ecclesia as well somewhere.

Incidentally, the actual Glorious Revolution is apparently one of those French things where the adjective comes first. I don't know if we want to imitate this or be distinct.

in short, adjectives after the noun are descriptive, the car is red type of thing, some adjectives are "qualitative", big fellow (he's not necessarily big), dear girl, glorious hole.
