Since the constitution is down and it's proposed we write up our laws as we go we ought to propose some rights since none is guaranteed atm. I propose the Right of Assembly and Association, it allows people to have a collective association, like a religion or a political party, such association cannot be object of persecution or discrimination, and said associations already have, and should continue to have, the right to have a place in our beloved Taijitu, such are the associations already established in the City Center. It guarantees, for example, rights for the Church of Pha and the Taijitu Nationalist Alliance, to be recognized associations and allow members a place to congregate, worship, rally, establish associative rules and perform their own rituals and conventions.
I urge that further basic rights should be established to guarantee freedom, equality and fraternity :P
Proposal
All citizens have the right to freedom of assembly and association, including the right to form unions and political parties. The government and administration recognizes said associations and guarantees a place to assemble.

I thought that was a given.

As did I. If the laws we have set up do not grant anyone (such as the Citizen-Delegate) the right or ability to suppress free association/assembly, from whom who are we protecting ourselves?
-
from future legislation which can suppress said freedoms, or unlawful governments and their fascist dictators. It's in effect right now but it has to be written down so there's no reason to deny anyone said right/freedom, giving people laws to protect themselves against unlawful discrimination.
