Title: Temporary Theme

Yes, I'm proposing a law!

We've had a struggle coming up with a new theme that it has just about bored this region to death, so why not have a bit of fun with it.

My Proposal is that on April 1st and for the whole month of April we temporarily change the theme to a Tropico/70's South American Dictatorship setting starring your favorite dictator, Oz  (that's right PoD, aka Red Cardigan) , as El Presidente.

Everyone could have a part to play, playing a different representative of the constituency. Loyalists, militarists, environmentalists, Cat-ists?

You might be about to type in the reply box, Oz what kind of asshole wants a theme starring themselves? or Why should we participate in stroking your ego?
