Title: Standing Ordinances

So I think we should repeal the Standing Ordinances of the Ecclesia (http://forum.taijitu.org/the-ecclesia/standing-ordinances-of-the-ecclesia/). As far as I can tell, everything is covered by other legislation now and it's superfluous.

I agree. It's already been unpinned from the WFE and is quite out of date. In addition, Citizen-Initiator Cormac's new extensive index is far more useful.
