Certainly we should give certain powers to our elected officers.

Given that there are well over 12 members of the Ecclesia, we can't give them to everyone.

We may wish to think about what kind of appointed assistants to our officers should have what powers as well.

I know what you mean.  I'm trying to figure out if I want to be one before we've even figured out what we're going to do with them.  Shiny object is shiny.

Some thoughts:

1. The Citizen-Delegate will have all forms of RO authority.
2. The Citizen-Diplomat will have Embassies authority.
3. Citizen-Liasons will have Polls authority and whatever additional authority the Citizen-Delegate shares with them.
4. The Citizen-Initiator will have Communications authority on their own nation and/or a nation they designate for citizenship-related notification purposes.
5. The Citizen-Sergeant will have Communications authority.

Alternatively we could decide not to give the Citizen-Delegate Border Control or Executive authority.
