Title: Pursue Relations with Stargate

Stargate is a founderless region which is allied with The North Pacific, and has few other partners.

Given our militia's culture and our friendship with TNP, it seems sensible to me to at least consider befriending Stargate as well.

They're a pretty quiet region, most of the time. Before their alliance with The North Pacific (and once under it) they were fairly frequently invaded. The NPA maintains a number of puppets in Stargate with some influence in case it may be necessary to liberate it from an invasion.

Stargate has a Constitution (http://90735628.tumblr.com/SGCON) but no off-site forum as such.

Thoughts?

I'm in favor of relations but would like to defer on in-game embassies at this time.

They don't have a forum, so relations without the in-game embassy would be minimal I think.

I'm open to exchanging embassies with Stargate.
