1. A Garden Party Planning Committee will be established.
2. The work of the Committee will be directed by the Citizen-Liaison.
3. The Committee will consist of the Citizen-Liaison, Pauline Bonaparte, Allama, Musitant and Gulliver.
4. The Committee will develop a plan for promoting and hosting an interregional garden party in Taijitu.
5. The Committee will present its final plan to the Ecclesia, which may accept or reject it by a majority vote.
6. The Committee will be dissolved upon presenting its plan to the Ecclesia.

Maybe we should dissolve the committee at the conclusion of the Garden Party? I assume we not only want the committee to propose a plan for the party but also to implement that plan.
