4. The Committee will develop a plan for promoting and hosting an interregional garden party in Taijitu.
5. The Committee will present its final plan to the Ecclesia, which may accept or reject it by a majority vote.
6. The Committee will be dissolved at the conclusion of the garden party or if the Ecclesia rejects its plan.
