I have ejected and banned the nation known as 94 block from the region in-game. He is a known griefer and forum destroyer and I will not tolerate his presence here.

I must ask how does one qualify as a destroyer of forums?

Someone else could tell you more specifics about which ones he destroyed in particular, but generally the idea is that you work hard and get recognition in a community - to the point where you're trusted as an admin - then delete the forum and its contents. Its effects can be mitigated by very careful, regular backups.
