[st]Taijitu adopts this minimal constitution to preserve the direct democracy of the Ecclesia unless sufficient consensus exists to replace it.The Ecclesia will be a body consisting of all citizens of Taijitu. The Ecclesia and it alone may legislate. To legislate changes to this constitution or the bill of rights, the Ecclesia must agree in two separate votes by a two thirds majority to do so.[/st]
How okay is that?
Hmm, sounds great to me!Is your other proposal about guilds/committees? I'm actually working on a full constitution based around that idea (long time coming, I know), and the Ecclesia does stay in that model. Would you like to work on it together, Khem?

I can spare time and brain power sporadically but I am willing to put some of that into such a crafting. Are you crafting in google docs? This particular proposal is simply a minor restructure of the current base constitution, I figure if we are going to be stalled on a new constitution we might as well make the old one work better and begin setting up a framework for the model our party has been pushing for.
