Title: Citizenship Approvals

We have two citizenship approvals (http://forum.taijitu.org/the-ecclesia/citizenship-applications-and-updates-9396/msg157507/#msg157507) pending, for Amerion and Cathorcea. I move that we approve these two citizenship approvals.

If the Citizen-Initiator shows back up and approves them, this motion will be voided.
