I think that there should be OOC mods but not fixed to cirtain people. It should be voted for or decided by the delegate.

But I think that it would be better for them to either be voted or appointed by someone. Perhaps an RP Mod. Myro, would you do the honours of doing something about this. (Couldn't think of anything else to say)

I'm not an RP mod, i'm just a mod of the RP council area until a speaker is elected. IS is RP director and Myro is the assistant director.

their is supposed to be a 7 day disscussion period before voting unless 5 people (It changes with membership numbers) Ask for it to go to vote early.
