Title: Nation OOC handover ban

I wish to purpose that if a player of some reason becomes permanently unable to participate in the RP section of Taijitu that the land and assets of that player should NOT be possible to hand over to any remaining player for any reason and that the nation will be treated as a Non-player nation regardless if the NS nation OR player remains active elsewhere or not.

I agree with the no handovers sentiment, they make about as much logical sense in character as... a lobster poledancing on a tightrope.

KR, so is you intention to create a rule that any nations that CTE or leave the RP become NPNs?

Yup, or are removed completely at the council's discretion depending on how it would affect neighbouring active nations's RP

I think all members of the RP council should vote what to do with the nation. Nations who didn´t really RP much can get erased, but some RPers should be a NPC nation or should at least get some reason why it ceased to exist.

If you are removing nations who CTE or stop playing, you should allow a nation to go into hibernation, such as some people dont have constant access to computers, if they tell everyone in advanced they are going away for a few weeks they shouldnt have their nation destroyed, it should just... sleep

The third and fourth words in my initial suggestion-post was permanently unable and weather to remove them or not is a different suggestion

This suggestion is ONLY to say that one can't hand over one's RP nation and territory to someone else if one manage to get one's ass banned from the region or quits RP or NS

if the person is permabanned from the region, his nation goes the way of the everything humans decide looks tasty... THEY DIE... and are turned into some sort of cheap snake food.
