I'd like to call a Congress to elect a new Spokesperson. I'd be happy to meet at 0100 UTC on Saturday, December 24th. (That's 2000 on Friday, December 23rd).

Actually I'd be willing to meet at 0500 UTC on Friday December 23rd (0000 EST) but I suspect that'd be more inconvenient for others, including myself.

I call for a Congress to propose an amendment to allow resolutions and officer elections to take place without 72 hours notice if a majority of the party is present.

I call for it to take place at 2300 eastern time on December 31st.

In a little over a month (May 31, 2012) we will be celebrating the first anniversary of the Progressive Party's first Congress! With many of the Progressive Party's official planks having been enacted under a Progressive-controlled Senate, I would like to hold another congress before the end of this term to draft further reforms and proposals to be officially supported by the Progressive Party. I would like to hold this Congress as soon as possible so we can get the Senate active again. I was thinking tonight, 4/19/2012, at 8:30 PM EDT (0130 UTC 4/20/2012).
