Our fine Senator Gallipoli-China has begun a discussion in the Senate here concerning the Ministries Act and potential issues and amendments to resolve those issues. Since things have been rather dull around here, if it's not an insult to GC, I'd like to try and start a bit of informal intraparty discussion on the matter. So please, have at it.
