I propose to remove:

Quote

# Any member may convoke a Congress whose business shall be to elect one or more Officers at any time to any office to which the Congress calls an election.

and replace:

Quote

# A resolution may establish party aims, party statutes, or amend or repeal a previous resolution.

with:

Quote

# A resolution may call an officer election, establish party aims, party statutes, or amend or repeal a previous resolution.

We probably should elect some people then. I think the whole charter may need an overhaul as well.

Should we hold elections for both positions or just Spokesperson?
