We the congress of the north have unanamusly decided that it would be in the peoples best interest to send colonists and explores down the coasts to explore and colonize new lands and build facilities that would be used to provide Humanitarian aid to nearby regions. The colonies will be Alvehl near the bay of Delfos, Conefres near Lahsrum, and Adelvean in the great inland sea to provide Aid and a port for the nearby countries to establish trade.
