2. Weh's District. Capitol: Wehls

3. Fortune District. Capitol: Zevsfaulm

4. New Helmit. Capitol: Grittins

5. Neuava Letonna District. Capitol Port Kelner

6. East Point Distruct. Capitol: Alwrun

7. South Point District. Capitol: Schemmens Watch

8. Si-Faulm District. Capitol Ternsfaulm

9. Dark Woods District. Capitol: Ghrel

10. Tempered Fist District. Capitol: Vems

11. Unified Neustrian Tribal lands. Capitol: N/A
