This will be our first election of Citizen-Steward as per the newly passed Governance Act (http://forum.taijitu.org/the-ecclesia/legislative-index/msg164123/#msg164123). This is the second round of voting.
A quick recap of this position:
Citizen-Steward
1. The Citizen-Steward will serve as head of government and conduct domestic policy.
2. Domestic policy will include recruitment, culture, communications and education.
3. The Citizen-Steward may appoint and dismiss any number of citizens as commissioners to assist in their duties.

why?

Governance act calls for two rounds of votes. I am thinking it should be amended.

I 2nd that to vote

The "two-round system (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two-round_system)" just means that up to two rounds can be held if a runoff is necessary, not that two round always have to be held. I can see how the language I chose could be misleading to someone who doesn't obsessively study voting methods like I do :-X

Oooooooh! That makes much more sense. Well then sir you are indeed the victor and this vote is entirely unnecessary. Congratulations. I'd very much still like to alter our voting methods in general and refresh it as the Governance Act merging with our previous voting methods is a bit messy at the moment.

Thank you, it certainly looks like I have my work cut out for me!
