Nominations were held here (http://forum.taijitu.org/officer-elections/citizen-initiator-nominations-july-2016/). This (http://forum.taijitu.org/the-ecclesia/legislative-index/msg156210/#msg156210) is the current election law.

Abstaining so as not to vote for myself, I just don't like doing so as it feels improper.
