Title: Citizen-Delegate Election, Runoff A, September 2014

In the previous election (http://forum.taijitu.org/the-ecclesia/citizen-delegate-election-september-2014/), Allama won the most votes but did not win an overall majority. Gulliver and Prydainia were tied for second place and Phather Bad Drugs - my condolences - came in last place. Therefore, Gulliver and Prydainia will enter a runoff election to determine who will face Allama in the general election. This will be simple first-past-the-post voting. Whoever gets the most votes will face Allama in the general election.

This election will run for two days (48 hours).

Not all of us are meant for symbolic power. Of course this means throwing my full support behind darling Allama.
