Title: Citizen-Delegate Election Nominations: Umbrôse 14, AR 2 (Feb. 7, 2016 OS)

It's time to open these up. St. Oz is our current Citizen-Delegate and is eligible to run for re-election should he so choose. Nominations will be open for five days.

Ah, good to see some activity returning to the region!  I nominate BBB as well!

I hate to pull the rug out...and I hate to deny Allama a chance to run but...it's past the five day mark and she has yet to accept the nomination. The only person who has accepted the nomination is Oz. So he'll be running unopposed.
I mean...I would prefer a contested race but the deadline is the deadline.
