Vote or die! (http://forum.thenorthpacific.org/single/?p=8049975&t=6905225)
Your choices are:
1. Vote for the candidate, Gulliver.
2. Vote to ask for more candidates to come forward through Re-opening Nominations.
3. Tell us that frankly, you don't give a darn, through Abstention.
Voting is for seven days.

Congratulations on your second term, Gulliver!

I like to point out that to Abstain does actually NOT mean that one don't give a damn, but that one does (by voting) and that the choices given are not to one's taste!

Perhaps in this instance. But my comment address the general use of abstaining and I resent that abstainers are frowned upon as not giving a damn, when they actually do so.
