Note: The Citizen-Liaison act was recently amended; this Liaison will be the first under the new law (which can be found here (http://forum.taijitu.org/legislative-and-treaty-votes/amend-the-citizen-liaison-act/msg162270/#new)).

After giving it some thought, I've decided to decline my nomination. Khem is more than a solid enough candidate for the position and has put a lot of time and effort into this community and as discussed one does not need to be CL to affect meaningful change in the community. :)
