Title: Gulliver? More like Gone-iver!

I've been instructed by Gulliver to relay that his computer and internet are pretty fucked for the time being and his access to these boards is not entirely stable. He should be able to continue running for Delegate, but in the meantime, as the most senior Senator, I will be taking over his duties as Speaker.
