Until the arbitrary, gratuitous laws regarding IRC are repealed and it's been acknowledged I've been punished for doing nothing wrong, I resign from my office. Once they are repealed, I will return to by office as Deputy Minister.

Well, I'm not really *going* so much as suspending my duties. As long as these rules are temporary - as GMT said - I will return when things go back to normal.

Now that the problem has been solved, I will return to my post as Deputy Minister of Finance.
