 It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of TGR as Vice Delegate for the remainder of my term.

 He is a hard worker, a man of reason, and my friend.

 TGR is now vested with complete executive authority in the event of my absense or in case I cannot be reached.

 Congrats mate, you've earned it!
