Title: Pragmia promoted to HC of Community

 It is also with great pleasure that I announce the addition of Pragmia to the High Council. He will be assuming The position of Minister of The Community. Responsible for making sure most aspects of forum life run smoothly, as well as making sure new players have the best experience possible. This is one of the regions most imporant roles, and he has shown himself more than capable.

 Thank you, Pragmia, for all of your hard work for the region, I'm sure you'll do great!

Interesting, I was always suprised that he was never on a HC.
