I am happy to introduce Allama as Chancellor of Homeland Affairs. This position in essence, will be comparable to Minister of The Community and Recruiting. With a few differences, which will be explained at a later date, having to do with institutions to be introduced with the new Constitution (don't worry, it's nothing ominous).
