SD, Talmann resigned (http://forum.taijitu.org/government-circumference/see-y'all-t2606/0/) from his deputy position, I believe. Tal, correct me if I'm wrong.

I also hereby appoint Romanar as Deputy of Defense, and of External Affairs. Of Crazed will retain his current position.
