Yes i did but the Nation states keep on telgraming that i did join but then it wont let me vote in the U.N and it makes me reapply agian

Ah, what the hell.  Sign me up.  My UN nation is Gallipoli-China 1, and I believe it's in the region Communist, though I could be drastically wrong.
