You must be a citizen to join The Army of Taijitu. Please see the Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs and apply for citizenship, once granted, I will happily accept your application! :)

Let me see if I understand this correctly (i'm a n00b).
In your case, the person Ryazania wants to join the army, and you have more than one nation, but you won't say which one is with the UN?
Do people have multiple nations at all?
