Title: Open Relations with United Burandan Nations

A motion has been made and seconded to open relations with United Burandan Nations (http://www.nationstates.net/region=united_burandan_nations).

Trust me, our first Weekly Meeting over Skype would be GREAT mentioning a Taijitu embassy!
