Title: Embassy Request: Universal Triumvirate - VOTE

We will now vote on the embassy request from the Universal Triumvirate. A reminder to voters: the Universal Triumvirate is NOT a NationStates region. Any embassy established will be forum-side only.

In addition, Citizen-Diplomat Myroria drafted a report on the UT for viewing by Taijitu citizen-legislators. This report is available here (http://forum.taijitu.org/noforn-299/universal-triumvirate-discussion-thread/).
