Title: IPO Vote - Extension of Administrative Period

The current standard period of 3 months (15 days - half a month) has been violated for the 2nd time for almost a month by the two last administrations. It is sure that 3 months aren't enough to accommodate any legislature, campaign it and pass it. We're looking forward to pass officially the extension of any Administrative periods to 6 months (full month).
