ooc: it's not yet a sad incident and a blow to humanitarian aid. There's some things that don't match, so i don't know yet if they are guilty. For example, they claim the children were orphan and they were 'acquiring' them to take them to a better life in Europe. That's the organization's task. Now what Chadian information led to believe is that all children were taken away from their homes, and from the screams of their mothers, and some weren't even from Dar-fur, as in, were Chadians. And shouldn't then the children be delivered to their families? Maybe, but they are all in an orphanage...how can that be? This can be just a misunderstanding and Chadians pulling out stuff from their rears.
