Update.
I would like this to be reviewed so it can be put up for vote as soon as possible.
I would also like to call an assembly of the IPO delegates on the matter of NBC weapons on Dysanii territory.
The power we hold comes from our citizens.
And they may take it away as well.

looks very nice now, very nice work

Undersigned nations will  freeze their current arsenals and reduce the use of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons to second strike  purposes only.
Agreed if there's an exemption protocol in times of war we can increase (at least in my view the chemical) arsenal.
Can we use non-persistent weapons as 'second strike' whenever security is at risk? (example of the Russian Theater)

Quote
Undersigned nations will not increase their arsenal on NBC weapons.
Same as above, I love the motion if I'm not at war. Non-persistent chemical weapons should be able to be increased in times of war, all other persistent such as persistent chemical, biological or nuclear weapons should be rather banned.

NBC Stores will be subject to reduction upon review of the overall security situation.
Great, if we live in peace in 10 years sure I'm able to reduce even my military to the minimum.

A stop will be put on the production of NBC weapons.
Non-persistent weapons should not be stop from production, in my case, non-persistent chemical weapons. We can reduce, we can stop production if there's peace, but if there's war i would like to see an exemption to increase arsenal.

So basically, all I ask is an exemption protocol: "Undersigned nations may proceed to derogation of all articles to non-persistent weapons in case the nation in question enters in a period of war, this derogation is only valid from the start to the end of this period of war and the validation may be subject of evaluation by the IPO." or something like that.ยด

to clear this thing, nuclear weapons are persistent, so if this passes they may never increase nuclear weapons, they may never increase persistent biological weapons (since they're a disease) and several chemical weapons.
