pffft, I suggest 3'000 as minimum, not 1'500, 3'000 is the double of Luxembourg's minimum wage.

Hotel personnel? Wouldn't hotels be civilian/government ran in Terrengar? Meaning, we wouldn't need to pay for hotel personnel, only to reserve the rooms which would be paid for by the delegates' countries?

There is a hotel at the IPO HQ to house delegates who have no own embassies in Terrangar.
