From the sunkissed archipelago of the actual Philippine country, greetings everyone!

I lead the Dictatorship of the First Marcos Empire of the Philippines. You can call me Marckoser. I came to NationStates without any real goal, but eventually, I decided that I will shape my country into a twisted caricature of itself during our former President Marcos' last term. That meant it was to be a charming shit-hole - with corrupt, untrustworthy politicians, a government siding with the economy, strict law enforcement, conservatism like no other, while showcasing the resilience and hardnosed<sic> nature of the population.

Taijitu wasn't my first choice for a region, but it was my first actual one - I thought the game was single-player and telegrams were automated, so I sided with two others before this. Not wanting to be overwhelmed by the others' talk of serious RP and way too intensive and consuming lore-building, Eluvatar's invitation sounded better. I was drawn in by the talk of a good writing community, and I look forward to meeting you guys in #taijitu.

It sounds like we'll be a good fit if you're looking for worldbuilding without a lot of unnecessary formality. Let us know if you have any questions about the way we do things 'round these parts or just jump right into writing!
