The representatives of Ceti 2 were shuttled to the battleship in orbit. They were escorted to a large room where they were forced to sit at a table and wait to be met by those representing the great empire of The G Rebellion. Eventually, a short haired man walked up to the table and using his palm on a strange control system, activated it. In front of the Ceti diplomats appeared a treaty.

Upon signing of this document, Ceti 2 cedes all claim to their planet, population and resources. They will be integrated as a backwater into The G Rebellion to be prepared for integration into civilised space faring peoples.

Ceti 2 will Self-Govern seperate regions, chosen by The G Rebellion, based on plate tectonics, under a united G Rebellion overall leadership.
Citizens will be allowed, after a period of five years, to leave their planet on G Rebellion transports.
Citizens will be allowed, after a period of ten years, to apply for citizenship and to serve as an active member of soceity.
The G Rebellion will protect Ceti 2 from outside threats.
