Are we allowed to just pick a nation out from a game or something like that ?

You know, like if we can do a nation or somethign like that out of the game or TV show,

Like Terran Empire, or Tau Empire or Whatever the hell else you play

Of course you can. We do try and instill some kind of creativity in here though, so maybe try changing aspects of an already established race/idea/nation whatever.
