In purchasing an island, you will be given complete autonomy over it and can run and develop it as you see fit. It would essentially be an autonomous state that resides within our archipelago. It would have 'Dominion' status, and thus be under the protection of the Merchant Defense Force. While you would still be subject to our national tax rate, the tax incentive stated previously would still apply should you choose to relocate. However, you will have to conduct all your business in tallents.

Additionally, we will guarantee that any ships that are within Dominion waters (waters claimed by the Mercantilst States that lie outside our sovereign waters) will be protected by our navy.

Currently, we have a large island for sale in western Jazzo (see here), however arrangements can be made for your company to purchase an island in northern Tenokee which would be closer and more accessible to the O-subcontinent and western O.

We have to admit that Takasia is not the first country that come to your mind for your headquarters. We are not going to grant your company any concessions, nor are we demanding any rights from your company to sway your decision. In fact, we believe the mere presence of your company in our country will benefit both parties significantly.

What Takasia can offer to your company is exceptional. Takasia has the usual infrastructures for headquarters functions, such as the banking and finance sector and excellent communications. Also, our strong history in international sea trade will be essential to your business. But what we believe as the most important would be the markets that your company may have difficulties in penetrating as an Irnotian company. No other country beats our relationships with Tagirstan and the UASS. While the latter is more difficult to penetrate, such countries do produce food at a fraction of the price your company is currently sourcing.

Also noteworthy is our location. While Takasia is not the cheapest location for business, our outposts slash shipping cost significantly. We understand some of our competitors have outposts in some of the most obscure locations on different continent. On the other hand, Takasia has operations in the heart of many countries due to our current agreements with such countries. Also, by using our far east and polar trade routes, the need to pass through the over-priced Bustos canal is minimized.

Royal Takasia Commerce and Trade, We are happy to see your bid. We would need information such as property tax rates and other taxes of your nation. As for Tagirstan and the UASS Nerdic has a proud history with the Kingdom of Tagirstan and many nations in the UASS including PUR G-C and many others. We see no reasons why nations of all political views can not benefit by the vast foods and services our nations provides. Also, political stabilty has always been one of the majot consideration in RL. Especially because your company has interests in the those countries hostile to your own, you may want to shift your company elsewhere. But the choice is yours.
