The Dysanii government agrees to IPO led peace talks.

However it must outline that its revised version of the Canadian terms be used:

1. A ceasefire will commence on all fronts.
2. Canadian delegates will confer with representatives of the Parliamentary Republic at Béal na mBláth whilst all 'other' factions within Dysanii are allied with said Republic.
3. The subject of reparations, territory, prisoners of war, detained Canadian civilians, rebuilding projects and military 'issues' will be discussed at the peace meeting.
4. The Dysaniian military and navy will maintain their current positions within Canada at Kingston, Hamilton, the DSA border the Great Lakes and all surrounding land BUT will make no further attempts to advance into Canadian territory WHILST the peace meeting has started.

The Canadian terms are unrealistic. We are not submitting or surrendering as the Canadian terms imply, but merely offering Canada the chance to enter peace talks without further bloodshed.

The Valideen government does not scare the Parliamentary Republic; MAD will ensue should it launch nuclear weapons upon Dysanii.

The Canadian government would rather have peace talks on the neutral ground. IPO has picked out Terranger to be the neutral territory. We will discuss everything at the peace conference.

Imperial Regent Selene was talking with Lord Protector Rommel as the Imperial Regent was heading to the safehouse. "I don't trust them, Rommel. Is there anyway to stop a possible biological or chemical attack?"

Rommel nodded. "Yes, I have had our fleet of YAL-1s put in the air. They are to continue to circle the country, defending the country. They will be able to stop any biological or chemical missile attack and even nucleur attacks. The new ground based lasers will be able protect the nation if the missiles get past the YALs. We are ready for an attack. But what about our allies, won't they want to get revenge on the Dysaniians for dropping nukes by dropping their own on Dysaniians?"

"They will get revenge, but I am trying to find out if they will be able to launch a secondary attack like biological or chemical on communities far from the front lines."

OOC: Sorry? New ground based lasers? And new uniforms? (haven't you JUST issued a standard uniform throughout your army)? And new heavy tanks? I don't mean to be whiny, but where exactly is the money for all this coming from? We have been at war for some time now...o.o

And issuing a new uniform, over a new uniform, doesn't make any sense, economically and military...

As word that the peace conference failed, the Canadian army prepared for more attacks by the Dysaniian forces. Luckily, the Dysaniians had finally gained little ground from the Canadian defensive positions and with the peace conference, they could finally use the defensive positions they had made while the cease-fire was in effect. The first thing that Rommel did was launch a large bombing operation on the Dysaniian lines all across Canada, but they didn't drop bombs. They dropped thousands of pamphlets, instead. The same pamphlets were also being used all across the country to increase recruitment.

The fleet of convoy ships slowly approached the Canadian water with large amount of escorts. The lead vessel that took point was I.F.C. Kalimdor, one of Empire's Retribution class heavy assault ship.

"Admiral! we are approaching Canadian waters, what is you command ma'am?" asked the Coxswain of the ship.

"Realy to the fleet fulll stop, all battle capable vessel into the escort position, these waters are dangerous these days. We will stop after advancing 500m from the fleet. Then get me the Canadian Fleet Command. This is basically our first contact with the Canadians so you know the drill." answered the Admiral Castell.

"And while at it, lets get a roll call from the ships, all battle capable vessels, roll calls" said the Admiral.

"I.F.C. Nautilus, ready for action!"
"I.F.C. Providence, ready for action!"
"I.F.C. Hardcell, ready for action!"
"I.F.C. Loyalty, ready for action!"
"I.F.C. Dominator, ready for action!"
"I.F.C. Vindicator, ready for action!"

(It is the Geradin Empire's tradition to name the flag ships more than 2 words. plus most of these ships here are different class ship.)  -Canadian plz repsond to this and plz don't tell me i'm not allowed...

(I apologize beofrehand for short reply on top, the clan siege started and as a Chief Intelligence Officer of Tal Shiar Clan, i had to be there. And apparently our war against Obsidian Order, we are losing.. We have fended them off for now, but they will be coming back soon. Plus this has been going for what now.. a month? Anyways, back to my rping)

The Admiral Castell contiued on " Even though we do not have setted destination, our current temporary heading is toward the Halifax harbor. It is some what far from the front line and is able to get across the supplies faster. If you did not know, General Leman announced Geradin Empire's aid to the Canandians in the international news not too long ago. So what is your answer going to be? Are we going to be allowed in your waters? or do we have to turn back?"

"coxswain, put everyone on the stand by and ready for battle, just in case if Canadians are to engage with us, or Dysanii show up." Castell whispered silently into his ears.

"Aye ma'am." answered back the coxswain.
