Attention Attention All civilian aircraft and watercraft have been siezed by the nation of Whereamistan to prevent the escape of enemies of the state.
All three ports had been overwhelmed almost immediately. Several small frigates, a dozen high speed patrol boats, and even a destroyer were captured by the Navy. Little contact with hostile forces were made, and the army divisions were now sweeping into the islands to regain control. A 24 hour curfew has been placed into effect, a civilian riot is going on in Laguna. The riot is contained, and arrests were being made. All airports were quickly reinforced and the bulk of the air force detachment could now land safely. Water, Electricity, and all other public works were quickly brought back up. Check points on every main road, highway, and town were quickly being manned.

Gen. Tajoud called to Gen. Kruffa. "The Mechanized Divisions are moving into the cities of Laguna, Susanna, and Amortia as we speak. One mechanized division and the armored division will hold in reserve if needed. The Navy is holding a blockade around the islands and we have set up a civilian corporation to distribute food and medical supplies to those that need it."
"Gen. Tajoud, My boys are holding at the airport. We have several squadrons along with SAM batteries around the airport to assist in keeping bugs out"
"Very Well"
Susanna recieved the new troops well. They were glad to recieve some resemblence of Law and Order. Checkpoints were initiated, and the curfew was dropped to hours of darkness. Schools, churches, and local business restarted as if everything was normal. Helicopters and MiG aircraft were heard overhead, and it was abnormal to see a tank at a busy intersection guarding it. A city council was restarted under the guidance to the Military Authority Council. In Amortia, things were disturbingly quiet. Doors were locked, windows closed. The division quickly set up sweep and clear operations dividing the city into 12 sections. The border of the city was closed off, and hlicopters scanned the rooftop for snipers or ambushes. Laguna had a small demonstration that was quickly disbanded. Several protest leaders were arrested, others were sent home. Civilian contractors went door to door handing out food and tending to any medical needs.

By the end of the fifth day Manille stood as the last bastion of a failing Militarist government, which was had begun seeking diplomatic paths for surrender, which would only be allowed unconditionally. The Jelsi had been expelled from Cotabato with little fanfare, the Irnotians contained around Talcoban, and hundreds of artillery peices aimed towards Bustian South Plains as Kalibo saw a large military installation constructed outside of it. A new provisional capital was established at Angeles with wild, enthusiastic support from the populace.
Mekkal had sent a foreign dignitary to meet with the interim head of state Rafael Alvarez, the favoured man of the Filipines and a closet Collaborationist with close ties to the State Partisans. Ambassador Xolchi met with Rafael at Angeles, and they discussed many things together, along with a small board of elected Filipino Representatives. From this conference came this treaty.
