We have studied everything to the finest detail, our special forces have learnt their duties and everything is set, please give permission to transport the necessary apparel to any military/government warehouse/base so we can stash the needs. The operation will involve a VCT (Video-Conference Tower) for an effective communication center, this makes it the operations center, which, if approved, will join forces with any entity involved in the wedding's security. The theater will also involve 2 NDRA BTR-94 (APC), 3 NDRA Tunguskas (AA), and 2 NDAF Mi-171Sh (Transport Helicopter), all given by New Delfos Royal Army and Air Force. All vehicles will be a kilometer away from the chapel, so no interference with the wedding shall be made. Only people inside that kilometer radius will be residents, the wedding and few special forces personnel on foot for additional on-spot security. Please appoint a location for the Operations Center be mounted. Since we work on satellite communications there's no need to have that center near the operation theater.

It is true. We are planning to send some Su-37s to patrol the skies and I am planning to take with me troopers of the Saletsian Presidential Guard. We will only take with us 4 MX8 AVs for ground patrol.
We are interested in joining forces with you for security assurance. A Saletsian E-3 Sentry will be part of our air-force units that will be present at the wedding.

Yes smoking is allowed at the wedding.  Only non lethal weapons will be permitted such as tasers.  Tagirstanian guards will be permitted with weapons.  Personal body guards may wait outside the ceremony area but no more than five from each nation will be permitted into St. Andrews cathedral.
