i have gathered from my various underlings that you another of the great old empires do not recognize the govornment of this "targistan". we the night lords are the rightful rulers of this land as the true leaders of the people of the eastern empire of uichi ryu. if you check your history books you will realize that we were once the holders of this land, we do not understand how these weaker races have come up so far. they breed like rats and take down the monuments of old. we must put a stop to this and thus as one of the great old empires we reach out to you for aid in our agenda to regain our glory and return the world to a proper order.

ooc: we should make a concerted effort but if you wish to run them then their main goals are regaining their empire currently targistan is the target.

ooc: And if there's some kind of investigation or pursuit of Night Lords, we (New Delfos Royal Army) would like to be involved or in the lead. If you would like so, just RP something my investigators could catch. One of our satellites can actually intercept messages... :)

The Old Leaders of Tagirstan did nothing but simple lip service to try and repair favor with us, no true goal was made. We felt this a vast betrayal since we are the ones who secured their continual rule over these lands and wish to make peace with this great failure of our nation. If you can make any form of legitimate claim of ruler ship and have any form of power to show it in the nation we will recognize your government as legitimate. What aid we can give is not known at this time
