(this message is being sent to partner nations and companies of Nerdic only, no one else, if you want a spy to intercept why not, its just a simple message with minimal code protection if any. They are sent as emails to the Agents in each nation and then the agents give them to the right people.)
These are the Proposed General Rail routes, this is not final. We will negotiate partnerships with each of our partner nations and companies to get the funding and land rights for the rails. We will of course be using as many current rail hubs, and if possible lines, but since we will be moving vast amounts rapidly dedicated lines may be more cost effective. As Well the rails will be connected to current existing Harbors in each nation. These rails will make the trade network a vastly more efficient and cost effective project and increase the profitability of all people involved.
Sincerely
President/CEO
Antonio Largiou

You have permission to build the railroad in the lands of Kalvskar, but you may have to slightly change the route due to the presence of already existing residencial an commercial districts.

It was a simple request and information policy, not aggression. I suggest you calm down and think about letters before you reply with remarks like that one.

Madam, a government sanctioned killing would be an act of war. Again, it was a friendly reminder to NFIC, not a threat.

Mr. Largiou,
Imperial Railways is interested in discussing the proposal made by NFIC of a Trans-South Taijitu rail route between the nations of Dysanii and Irnotia.
Imperial Railways would be grateful if a meeting between yourself and a panel of senior Imperial Railways staff could be arranged. Although excited about the proposed plans, Imperial Railways would like to talk with NFIC about ownership, finance, construction and protection of the proposed rail route.
We eagerly await your reply.
