OOC: Rather than start a whole new thread for one post, may as well conclude things here...

IC: "Welcome back Minister Tadom," said Osmar, in high spirits. "I've already received the news of what has transpired over the phone, your call made it through."

"Thank you for the welcome your Divinity," said Tadom with a stiff bow. "I am honored by your Divinity's welcome."

"So," said Osmar, "are you tired from the journey? I can discuss this later if necessary."

"No you Divinity, I slept on the flight back." said Tadom with an odd little smile. "Though, if your Divinity has already heard of everything that there is to here, then I am not sure what more can be said."

"Confirmation mostly, and advice on how to proceed. Ah, have you talked with Chasmor yet?"

"No your Divinity, I shall attend to that after your Divinity."

Osmar nodded. "Good. So, if I am correct, Dysanii has made a quest that we act as a protector to them?"

"That is correct. The way I see it, this include their colonies, such as Metz Minor. I think a followup with the UASS on the matter is in order, as the territory is mentioned in the treaty. Supervision and demilitarization and such. Considering the development with Dysanii, I was not entirely happy but decided not to push my luck after things had gone so well against Myroria."

"Good. Metz Minor... it is a colony, not fully incorporated?"

"No your Divinity."

"Well, that is no good. Either they should be fully incorporated and seen to under Dysanii proper or ourselves under our new role as guardian. I think we will also have to deal with that matter as well. But first it probably would be good to administer some formal protectorate governance or such. But this certainly looks good for our global military power in the future. We certainly wouldn't be able to adequately protect anything if were not allowed some military presence," Osmar concluded with a shrewd smile of his own.
